Hello,

I am new to Real Estate Investing, but am one who has a very strong interest. I have attempted to work with many programs within my local area to no avail. My goal obviously is to invest in RE!!! and through BiggerPockets, I'm sure to obtain the knowledge and resources to help me to achieve that goal. I would like to start out with single family homes that I rent out, inorder to have a positive cash flow on a consistant basis.

Buying and selling would not be ruled out of course depending on what profits that particular project brings in, and whether it's better suited for resale or not. As my knowledge and experience continue to grow, I'd like my investing to include development/commercial properties. They will indeed entail more risk and require me to put forth more effort, but in the long run it will be more than worth it. I envision being in business for myself, and REI can be my path to not only that, but to me being self sufficient.

Without risks there are no rewards, and I'm determined to succeed, so I look forward to making this a reality and not just a thought. There are plenty of deals out there, and many I have found myself, the important factor is the funding of someone's project. I am confident that this whole process will allow me to move up the ladder swiftly and efficiently. I eagerly anticipate the prospects of what Real Estate Investing will do for me, and definitely am ready and up for the challenge.

* Short Term - To Aquire And Hold 10 Or

Multi Family Dwellings Within A 1 To 2 Yr

* Long Term - To Obtain Commercial Properties And/Or Develop Projects From The Ground Up.
