I live in Eau Claire, WI - about 1 hour east of Minneapolis and Saint Paul. Work as an estimator at a construction company.

I own one rental property in Minneapolis (4-unit apartment). I just sold a rental I owned outside of Toledo, OH.
Real Estate Goals
I'd like to create enough passive income that I don't need to work for a wage. My current interest is in more multifamily properties.
Currently Seeking
I consider myself a novice property investor. I'm thinking of buying several properties in the near future. I'll likely utilize a management service. Advice about how to to proceed may be helpful to me.
