Hello,
I live in Hendersonville, TN. I have four nephews that I have been taking care of most of their lives. My older brother moved out of state, started a new life, got married and had another child. Several years later their mom also abandon them. I have been taking care of them myself for the past three years, I love them as if they were my own.
I found my new passion, I have been studying all aspects of real estate investing for about a year now. I am new here and I would like to network with other individuals in Nashville and surrounding areas. I look forward to meeting all of you!
Experience
I have been studying real estate for three years. I finally got my first deal under contract, I am looking to assign it for 1/K.
I am a wholesaler. I am also interested in lease options with the option to buy, I am also interested in subject to deals.
Real Estate Goals
To be a successful in real estate, I would like to make at least 5/K a month to start out.
I am serious about investing, I will not give up, that is not an option!
Currently Seeking
Investors to network with, j/v partners to buy properties or cash investors to work with offering 10% and first lien holder on the property.
