I want to use my experience as a contractor and an inspector to provide a service to other investors while I build a rental income to replace the inspection income.

I've been a certified home inspector for 10 years,
A general contractor for 18 years and an investor off and on for the past 7 or 8 years.

I know houses and I like working them.

I intend to be an investor for the rest of my life. It's the most fun I have-so far.

Build portfolio of buy and hold-apts/commercial for a relatively passive income to live comfortably on. I'm starting with wholesaling
