I've been reading tonnes of material in regards to Real Estate Investing and I finally decided enough with the Theory, It's time to be Pro active and Take Action!
I've decided to focus on REO Investing/wholesaling within my local and regional area, but my mind is open to venture anywhere with a good deal.
I hope to turn RE Investing to a full time career as I've always found more satisfaction with working for myself and motivating myself.
I've finally joined BP after spending a couple of months reading all the various blogs and seeing the potential in networking with other investors at various stages, be it newbie, experienced, etc, they's always something to learn
