I am a down to earth guy who is looking to take care of his family and to live a life where I control my own options and time. In other words, I work when and how I want to not based on what someone else will pay me but what I choose to pay myself!!!!!!!

Experience

I have years of lending experience as a mortgage broker and have also being apart of foreclosures, wholesales, rehabbs, evictions, options, rent-to-own, etc., you name it. Pursuing my passion in Finance, I have been advising people and businesses on insurance and annuites. My realestate business has been in operation for almost 2 years and I plan on taking the business worldwide by the end of 2010.

Real Estate Goals

My goals are to expand from wholesaler to rehabber, from rehabber to a developer, and from a developer to a worldwide international figure all within the next 5 years. I am projecting income of at least 1M annually starting in 2010. Also within the next 5 years expanding into all 50 states and then on an international level. And last but not least, appearing on Oprah and giving the world a story never to be forgotten.

Currently Seeking

I am looking to network with like minded individuals in the real estate industry. If you are a private lender, hard money lender, wholesaler, title companies, real estate attorney's, CPA's, investor, landlord, etc., I would like to network with you. As an Agent/Advisor in the areas of insurance and finance industry, I love to help people and I also like to recieve help. I am here to make people better in anyway possible and I hope that you would do the same for me. I graduated from The Ohio State University in 2001 where I was a member of The OSU Football and Track teams for 4 years. I have been involved in real estate since 2004 and have done some things part-time since. Any help from would be greatly appreciated.
