I'm Property Manager and Leasing Agent- and a Realtor licensed in both Florida and Alabama. I currently work with Hampton & Hampton Management & Leasing, Inc.

After more than 8 years as a Navy cryptologist, I worked a year on The White House's National Economic Council before a number of software engineering positions at Convergys and BellSouth. My first real estate and property management position followed, and I handled over 500 properties in my native Birmingham, Alabama. I maintain my Alabama real estate license.

I've been in the Orlando area for 4 years now, and I've been managing properties from Winter Park to Winter Garden, Oviedo to Ocoee, Davenport to Deltona- as well as Clermont, Mascotte and Mt. Dora.

I'll do my level best to provide outstanding, responsive and attentive service to any clients sent my way. Whether it's an investor, a distressed homeowner or an REO property- I'm ready to assist them.

I'd like to do some investing in the future- whether near, mid or long-term has yet to be determined.

Being a professional property manager, I look to do my best in simply helping the public. While it's true that my business is in "renting out houses", I also remain keenly aware that there are times when renting out their home is not in an owner's best interests and will tell them so.

Currently Seeking

Great investors who are in need of either full-service monthly management of their properties, and those who may simply need me to find them a tenant and part ways as they manage the properties themselves.
