I am a lucky Colorado resident and Realtor. My family dates back many generations in the Denver metro area. What a beautiful place I am fortunate to call home. The Denver Metro Northwest corridor is my primary work area helping residential buyers and sellers as well as fix and flip investors. Since I am no longer working under the umbrella of a large real estate company, I am proud to be able to offer Flat Rate Listing services as needed by For Sale By Owner sellers along with other discount services. It is a relief to be done with the huge commission splits and enormous office fees required by larger companies! My business is now REALLY my own!
