Brand new investor, looking to start by wholesaling and would love to share first profits with anyone willing to show me the ropes. I'm in the Air National Guard, but I don't plan on working forever. My goal is leave fulltime employment very soon so I can get to work on several other business interests.

Real Estate Goals

To wholesale until all debts are paid off, then purchase my first home. Next, begin fixing and flipping properties until I have two year's salary in the bank, then leave fulltime employment to pursue my business fulltime.

I don't go to too many real estate clubs because of the lack of time, but one club I do always go to is the Real Estate CNG. They have their meetings in Alexandria and in MD sometimes. Let me know if you want more info on it. If you're in Woodbridge, then maybe we can meetup to talk more about what you're looking to accomplish.
