Dealing with honest contractors long distance has proven to be problematic, however, and I'm now focusing on buying my first commercial multi-family apartment building in Tucson where I live. I've got my eye on a larger property (over 50 units), and I'm moving cautiously yet steadily. I find the property valuation tips very helpful!! I love to travel and have been to Costa Rica, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico. I dream of having lovely little hide-aways tucked all over the globe ;=). PS If anyone has tips on Master Lease Options, I'm also very interested in examining those as possible cash flow too. Thanks!!

Bought/sold multifamily out of state, selling on LO's (great in this market btw), direct to lender for sfr & commercial NPN's nationwide w/focus on multifamily, flag hotels, resorts. International asset aquisition/land, developments, hotel/resorts.

Real Estate Goals

Build online community with like-minded investors interested in growing their portfolios via my lender contacts by 2 qualified buyers/month for the next year. Develop these contacts as long-term relationships that work synergistically in growing our respective companies. I'd like to own a multifamily property locally within a year & pay cash.
