In my own words...
In 1978 I bought a book on how to invest in rental real estate. Shortly thereafter I bought my first apartment building (16 units) and went on to buy and sell over 2,300 additional units. I formed Grace Realty Group to invest in value-added redevelopment commercial real estate. I also created The Grace Fund LLC, a $20 million mortgage fund, to finance Grace Realty Group's projects, which has grown to a network of over 200 investors. Of course, new investors are always welcome.

II would like to hear from people who want to invest in commercial real estate but don't have the expertise to find a killer deal. I have a direct participation mortgage fund which pays 15% ROI annualized. I also offer opportunities for investors interested in an ownership position. I deal ONLY in shopping centers and multi-family properties. Investors must be Accredited. Minimum investment is $20K.
