I am a very enthusiastic investor! I love people and I love real estate! Wholesaling is a great strategy for me. I have been educated in real estate investing, and have studied many strategies. I also work in short sales. I enjoy reading personal development books, such as Think and Grow Rich. I enjoy horses, singing, playing guitar. I am also an author, speaker and true-blue entrepreneur. I thrive on relationships and helping others to create the best lives possible! My husband and I invest together. We co-founded a real estate investing organization called ORACLE Real Estate Mastermind to help others to do even more deals! I always play fair with others.

Experience

I have closed one wholesale deal. I have been learning how to invest for the past two years. Worked on several short sales that did not complete due to seller changing their minds. Working on several other wholesale deals that have not closed yet. One other pre-forclosure we were double-crossed by some unscrupulous investors. Let's say that my experiences have taught me many lessons! I do know how to analyze deals, and the difference between the good, the bad and the ugly real estate deals.

Real Estate Goals

To complete 2-4 wholesale deals per month. To acquire at least 1 buy-and-hold property per year for the next 5 years. To become a hard money lender within the next 5 years. To expand our ORACLE Real Estate Mastermind group from 80 members to over 1000 members by the end of 2009.

Currently Seeking

Properties in South Florida. Looking for 4-plex or above for cash buyer in West Broward County. Also looking for single-family, duplexes, and other wholesale deals or pre-foreclosures in Broward County area. Also seeking ethical investors who want to collaborate on deals. I am a hard worker and a true collaborative partner. I am also seeking people who would like to acquire real estate investment education, and have the ability to earn profits by sharing this with others.
