Before I was out of High school I was interested and involved in real estate. I jumped right in buying homes and working with a family owned property management company, Rent Me Properties. Just shy of two years the Michigan market came to a slow and I packet up and moved to Utah. Got more involved in the selling side than renting over three years I averaged buying and selling 55 homes a year. Again shift in market brought me back to Michigan to work in the foreclosure and rental market. I love the real estate industry and having the opportunity to advise and assist home owners and investors in one of the biggest if not the biggest investment of their lives.
I own 6 homes combined in mixed investments and I'm acquiring more, I've managed over 400 units at any one given time and I've bought and or sold over 250 homes.
Personally I'm interested in helping others achieve financial freedom. Everyone seems to think that is an impossible task, until someone has the opportunity to look at some of the properties and property values I work with daily. You'll notice how doing the smallest things can take place of 1,2 or 3 full time job incomes. I also am doing this for my self, acquiring positive cash flowing properties at or around 75% of Current value and holding them with long term tenants in place is one major step towards my success.
I AM RIGHT NOT LOOKING FOR INVESTORS WHO WANT TO OWN INVESTMENT PROPERTIES AT 50% OF CURRENT MARKET VALUE & HAVE A NET ROI OF 20-25% ANNUALLY.
