Got started with hard money loans, in 2003. By 2004 I moved on to Condo Conversions in San Diego, CA. Then about two years ago I started doing business with an investment firm in Los Angeles called D&L Investment Group. They started me on Real Estate Developments in Hollywood, CA. I will soon join them in Purchasing a large Portfolio of Bank Owned & REO Homes in Los Angeles.
