I am married 3 grown up boys 24,20,18 yrs old I have gotten involved in the last 5 years in Wholesaler/rehab specialist/ I have been a contractor residential also commercial for 26 yrs so i know properties from the ground up. I am a general contractor. My goal is to learn wholesaling to get homes under market value to get start up money and learn to buy for myself to rehab the properties to energy efficient homes with solar panels also products in the properties to save my clients money when buying the property to enjoy comfort and save money to the high cost of energy.

Experience

I have had a partner in the past that we bought under market also needed Rehab work properties to buy and hold some we sold right away. My partner took on another partner that had land and we had the funds to build new homes well went south very bad investment taking on another partner that was very lazy anyway we broke up so know on my own looking to network also find new partners for investing in making properties older properties to more energy efficient properties to save money for our clients.

Real Estate Goals

My goal right now is to wholesale properties to get cash to start up a company that takes older properties res/commercial properties to more energy efficient properties with solar panels also products appliances etc. to save the client that buys or properties or rents with an option to live in comfort and save money instead of giving his or her hard earn cash to the energy companies. After a few years would like to be nation wide so many clients can enjoy our properties.

Currently Seeking

I am looking for investors to network with to help me with my goals. Also looking for investors that are looking for under market properties to buy in NJ from me in cash to help in my goal to get cash to really get started in my goals.

We need to change the market and put a better product for clients to live in with comfort be able to handle there mortgage also other bills like schooling instead of handing there hard earn money to the energy companies.
