Looking to gear up my real estate investments and make some real money. I am very tech savvy, and am great at finding ways to automate processes and make them efficient. I work with information systems now, and do plenty of IT consulting. I am now looking to leverage that to improve my real estate investing.

Real Estate Goals

Looking to get into some more multifamilies as well as some rehabs and maybe little commercial. I would like to get into Modernizing rather than rehabbing, which i feel is a new concept in rentals or flipping houses. I have seen some good success to others with this so far.
