40+ years combined experience in rehab, remodeling and home repair.

Started investing in SFH's (buy and hold) for rental property in 2004.

Real Estate Goals

We'd like to have 20 sfh's in our portfolio by 2015.

This year:

I'm learning to adapt to the new market conditions in our area.

We're interested in learning about small, multi-unit buildings.

We intend to investigate the potential for buying fixer properties to market FSBO in TX.
