Hello fellow investors, my name is Randy and I am new to real estate investing. At this point in time I will concentrate on building my power team and business contacts. I will begin my real estate investing career with wholesaling to build that initial seed money so that I can later move on to fix n flips, buy and hold (single and multi), and eventually land development. I like the idea of being able to create a community. How is that for helping people? That is my ultimate dream... That, of course, comes later. For now, I need to get my first deal under my belt. If anyone out there can recommend a title and/or escrow company that isn't afraid to do contract assignments and double closings in the Murrieta or South Orange County California area, that would be awesome.
