I have been investing in RE with a few others since 2005 when the boom started. Although none of our properties are in profit a the moment.
I have also been a mortgage consultant and real estate sale person for a couple of years so I understand the legal aspect of things. But currently I am not license or active in neither one. Looking to get back in it though.
I am currently an active Forex trader.
Real Estate Goals
Looking to whole saling or fix and flip to generate cash. I have connections (family, friends) that have cash and they are ready to partner up with me if I can bring them deals. That's where my obstacle is right now. Find deals!
Currently Seeking
