Thanks Joshua! I found out about your site from the book "Finding Foreclosures" written by Danielle Babb & Bill Nazur. During my research in foreclose properties I've been to number of of sites but after exploring your site, don't feel like even try to look for any other site. Congrats on your extraordinary job and such a big achievement.
