Previouslly, I worked in mortgage banking/lending, and was responsible for closing many loans.and deals. I also worked in banking, and credit/collections. It has been an interesting journey I have traveled, but I have always enjoyed it.
My main focus has been matching up residential buyers and sellers with notes, and facilitating a deal. However, I have projected my efforts into the commercial world, and now I have taken it to the next level, with commercial buyers and sellers. This is quite interesting, and a totally different ball game. I also get involved in directing individuals/companies to their attorneys to create notes for private funding and investing. Further, I have been working with REIT Packages/Porfolios, as well.
I am always encountering new experiences in Real Estate, and I am always open to new challenges and adventures.
