Have 6 properties producing good cash flow with stable (for the moment) tenants. I've rehabbed all the properties doing some of the work myself and employing a variety of good contractors I've met over the years

Currently buying and developing real estate in upcoming (hopefully) Charlotte area neighborhoods for resale or rental purposes. Looking to branch out into commercial projects in the near future and/or rental properties in vacation areas like the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
