I've in and around the construction field since I was a young teen. Over the years I've gathered valuable knowledge on the construction of a property and how to invest in real estate.

Experience

I worked as a foreclosure Analyst for 3 years were I learned the laws and procedures of the lenders. I've always had a thing for running my own show. When I grew up I use to help my father on construction jobs where I learned some valuable insight on how to build and repair real estate properties. I've been purchasing and reselling properties for the last 8 years. I have built some good solid relationships with local lenders, Realtors, title companies and material suppliers.

Real Estate Goals

Build a large enough capital to start flipping 3 to 4 properties a year. Expand my geological targets to provide more opportunities. I've recently started inspecting properties helping potential buyers identify good and bad aspects of a property.
