Former Mortgage guy for 7+ years, with the last 4+ years focused on Real Estate Investing. I've owned rental properties in Houston, TX and Cleveland, OH. All were SFR's except one duplex with an 1/1 apartment in the back. I've rehabbed and flipped 2 properties in Houston.
