I am a full time Real Estate Investor located in Frisco, Texas. My focus is on Wholesaling and I am currently working in Dallas and Garland, Texas.

My properties will provide my investors with immediate cash flow, a cash on cash return of 15% or greater, provide modest appreciation (3.6% in Texas) and are located in strong c to B- neighborhoods.

I am currently looking for Wholesaler Partners in other strong markets in the US to work with. I have a very strong Buyers list through my marketing efforts, and would like to leverage that through other areas outside Texas.

Experience

Trained under the mentorship of RE Success and Todd Dotson on 2007 and have doing wholesale deals since.

Real Estate Goals

To provide value to my Buyers by providing Equity, Cash Flow, Cash on Cash return, and Ethical behavior in every deal I make.

In turn, I expect a fair profit and professional behavior in all dealings. I wish to provide my Buyers with deals from at least 3 to 5 HOT market areas in the US over the next 12 months, as my focus will shift from all local to national.
