I have been buying, fixing and flipping residential real estate since 2002. In 2005 I also started wholesaling lower end investment properties at a deep discount. In 2007 I ended the year buying and selling over 50 houses through various entities.
I built up a portfolio of 50 rentals and land contracts as the market came down and prices have been cheap.
I have tried vacation rentals by renting out weekly. I am not real fond of these since it tends to be higher maitenance
