I'm 32 years old and work for AT&T. A change in my life has recently given me a feeling of empowerment that I haven't felt in a long time. I hope to use this new found energy and direct it towards building my real estate portfolio.

Zero. I have leaned heavily on my parent's experience. I hope that will change in a couple of years.

Real Estate Goals

Looking to finish the rehab on my 2nd property. I hope to invest in #3 by the summer of 2011.

Besides my personal goals, I'll be helping my sister an her husband to rehab their 1st rental. It looks like this will be a family affair!

Currently Seeking

I will likely need to enlist the sevices of a great accountant who has experience maximizing tax deductions for landlords. If you know one in the KC area, please feel free to send me a recommendation.
