I have an engineering background and an interest in 4x4 Ford trucks.
I have been a full-time investor/landlord since 2005, and currently hold my real estate agent license with Keller Williams.
I enjoy rehabbing properties, and have done a few.
My next significant goal is to buy a 20 to 30 unit apartment to see how much cash flow that will generate, then I'll probably look for 100-unit. Looking to go big.
I was hooked in 2004, buying my first rental house from a previous coworker, who started landlording before me. I bought many houses in Flint, got my real estate license along the way, and am now looking to 'take it to the next level'. I'm looking for apartments, to be managed by a management company. If I can get myself to turn the single families over to a management company, I might finally have time to do some personal stuff.
Transition to more hands-off investing. Need to do something other than repair my houses and fill vacancies. Lots of turnover currently.
Apartment complexes - 20-units to start, then maybe a 100-unit.
Thanks for the link, George.... Unfortunately I couldn't get the schedule to come up. ...
