Hello everybody! I've just earned my MBA in International Management. I'm very excited about that. But now I want to invest in real estate. A concept that I've always been extremely attracted to.

I've got to pay off these student loans now.

Experience

Beginner:

I have taken several courses in real estate investing and read a ton of books over the past 15 years. I am also an assistant landlord for 2 properties in Cleveland.

Now I'm ready to invest in real estate myself, starting with wholesaling.


Real Estate Goals

I want to start with wholesaling and work my way up to investing in Cleveland, Ohio and then expand across the country and overseas.
