I have been rehabbing properties in the Baltimore, MD market since 2003 and have focused mainly on full-gut projects and duplex/triplex to single family conversions. Usually 2 projects per year. I've been on the sidelines for the last 2 years since moving to the Raleigh area, but back in the game now. I am currently looking for both SF rehab deals and private money/cash partners.
Experience
Licensed (but inactive) broker in NC, former home builder and general contractor. Have primarily been involved in fix/flip type rehabs, mostly full gut projects.
