I have been in the real estate industry since 1987. I started out as a junior loan officer and since then I have been actively pursuing as much knowledge and information in real estate as it relates to mortgage finance, loss mitigation, investing and development. I am currently a real estate consultant and mortgage default specialist. My company Greene Development Corporation is a green company that specializes in foreclosure prevention education, intervention and training. We work with property owners, non profit agencies, lenders and community organizations. Our services include loan workouts: loan modifications, forbearance agreements, short sales, pre-foreclosure sales, deed in lieu's, workshops, training, consulting, a subcontractor to non profit agencies, neighborhood revitalization and homeownership education.
