New to biggerpockets, full time investor for over 8 years. I live in Denver proper with my office near Parker Rd and Florida. My Mid-Western values fit well with the Rocky Mountain righteous. I am a firm believer in creating Win-Win outcomes in everything I do.

Experience

Began as a lease optioneer and rehabber in 2001. I quickly found that I have a talent for FINDING DEALS: acquisition. I was getting more properties than I could rehab and keep up with. In 2009 we wholesaled over 50 residential properties to investors. We specialize in REOs and HUDs with 80% SFH, 10% multi, and 10% condo.
In addition to wholesaling, we also run a rehab mentorship/training, Follow Me Program with our website www.FollowMeDenver.com. We teach primarily newbies how to FIND, FUND, FIX & FLIP or FILL. No classroom, all hands-on. All clients MUST rehab a property, no exceptions.

Real Estate Goals

I expect 2010 to be an exciting roller coaster ride. We plan to wholesale over 50 properties and rehab an additional 30+. We also plan to instruct over 20 students in rehabing real estate.
