I graduated from Cal Poly with a BS in Construction Management in June 2012. I currently work as a Project Engineer for a general contracting company in the Santa Monica area. I'm looking to get started making my own real estate portfolio ASAP.

Real Estate Goals

I want to start in the wholesaling market (quick buy and sell) so that I can get my foot in the door and earn some capital without having to risk too much. Once I have accrued enough capital I want to begin purchasing properties for myself and create a portfolio for long-term gains
