I have been in residential real estate in Dallas since 1995. I represent investors who buy renovate and sell or flip. I also have [personal experience in real estate investing.
My experience also includes many years in the oil and gas industry as a Landman. That experience translated into the Telecommunications field where I was a project manager in the design and build of national wide microwave communication systems. As such, I have vast knowledge of negotiation and contract and construction management as well as planning and zoning adjustment, civil engineering coordination and more.
