In my own words...

Hello, all! My name is Greg and I am from Richmond, VA. I am a 2004 graduate of Virginia Tech (degree in History - a.k.a I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life).

I have played poker for a living for the past 2 years. In reading a lot about REI, I have found numerous basic parallels between the risks that I take every day in poker and the risks I would take in the real estate world.

I want to establish another solid source of income that is a bit more tax friendly than that of a professional gambler =).
