I've been in real estate since 1998. From property management to sales. I've been a licensed Realtor since 2000.
Real Estate Goals
The goals are to rehab and resale for the first couple of years. Afterwards, I'll hold rentals. That's not to say when a good deal comes my way, I won't jump on it. As a Realtor, I've dismissed quite a few deals that I couldn't do anything with. Times are changing.
Currently Seeking
I'm seeking wholesale deals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
