We are DIRECT to sellers of bulk REO nationwide packages. We work with private sellers, hedge funds and REITS. We do not work with banks. At any time, we have small packages of as little as 10 properties and as large as 100+.

We do NOT compile. We do not require LOI or POF. We require our NCND to be signed and send addresses directly to buyers. Once a price is agreed upon, we deliver the MFA, purchase and escrow agreement within 48 hrs or we waive our fees.
