I am a real estate investor that buys houses in need of rehab in certain areas of the country that are experiencing growth. I buy and hold these houses for cash flow.

I am also directly connected to four performing PPP trading platforms. If you have a minimum of $10M in capital, please contact me in order to get information on how to get non-recourse (non-repayment) funds just by keeping your money in your bank account only under your sole control.

I am also involved as an intermediary or a seller's rep for large bulk REO portfolio deals.

Experience

Flipped a house with partners about 6 years ago.

Have eight houses in AL that I am buying and holding, all of which needed major construction.

Have three houses in MO that I am buying and holding, that didn't need construction.

Real Estate Goals

I started working on a five-year plan in 2007. Quitting my day job within the next year is one of my goals. I really want to be able to spend more time with my family instead of working all the time.

Currently Seeking

Seeking investors with a minimum of $10M in capital that would like to make large returns by keeping their money in their account under their sole control. Trader will utilize the fact that there are funds in your account to get their own line of credit to do forward managed buy/sells of MTNs. Profits go to humanitarian projects that have already been approved by the Feds, and you get to use your portion of the profits any way you want. Hi Jenny, I don't believe we've met in person, but I do wind up speaking to a lot of people, so it's always possible we've interacted in the past. Maybe we will do some business with each other in the future.
