My wife Gail and I have been investing in real estate since 1999 in single family homes in the Lake, Marion and Sumter counties in central Florida, We buy sell and rent homes and have enjoyed finding creative solutions for people who need to sell and those wanting to buy. We offer our preferred investors an above average return as they fund our properties.

Real Estate Experience

Gail and I have bought and sold properties with owner financing,bank financing, subject-to existing mortgage, Lease with option and of course, cash. We have negotiated and bought a house by short sale and have used the1031 exchange program to trade properties. We always seek to create a win-win transaction for our sellers, buyers and investors.

Real Estate Goals

Goal is to own 20 properties free and clear providing a recurring passive income within the next few years. Our plan is to complete 10 to 12 transactions per year and keep a few close by for long term holding. we seek to expand our investing to multi-unit residential properties in the forseeable future. As always, we continue learning the best and latest in real estate technology.
