Owning Commercial Real Estate has always been a true passion of mine ever since I had my retail chain of 39 stores on the East Coast from Boston down to Delaware in major regional shopping centers.

I always knew to build long term success in Real state you need to be the Owner of the property not the tenant.

To that goal of being an owner, I am purchasing Commercial-Residential Apartment Buildings in Southern California.

I moved to Temecula because of the Wine Country in 2004 and have now been able to commit myself to begin my Real Estate building enterprise.

My goal and promise is to have an Apartment Building in Escrow by March 1, 2011.
