Most recently I am working primarily in short sales/foreclosures, I also hold rental property. I am a licensed real estate agent and I do some listings and representing buyers. I have done some rehab work (swinging my own hammer) but try not to do too much of that anymore except for fun.

Currently I am negotiating short sales for my own buy and hold, for simultaneous flip, for rehab and flip. and as a consutant between buyer and seller for comission.
