I began personally investing in Real Estate back in 2007. For the last 2 years I joined a team of investors in Chicago and worked on over 30 projects together. I recently have created an investment company here in Chicago focused on both buy/hold and fix/flippers. Our strong financial backing makes us very competitive in today's market and gives us the opportunity to do multiple deals at once at any given time.

Our main goal is to buy and hold as much real estate as possible. There are still opportunities for fixing and flipping, but it's on a case by case scenario.
