Began Real Estate career in California in the latter 70's in Real Estate sales and financing. Most recently became Real Estate Appraiser in Florida in 1983. Currently a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Residential Real Estate Appraiser (#1072) . Recently began to work more in the development of a new Residential Real Estate Corporation to incorporate all my experience towards consultation and individual Real Estate goals.

To take advantage of background and knowledge to build my own portfolio and help others avoid pitfalls. Starting over in my Golden years to build a newly formed Real Estate Company with hopes of making new friends and having fun while making a profit !
