I have spent the past few years researching and understanding real estate investing. My vision is to eventually create passive income through rentals which would be managed through an outside company or onsite managers.

I'm in the process of expanding my investment capital. I will be investing with Lonnie deals and wholesaling as I gain real world experience that will translate to a successful rehabbing/reselling business and purchasing rentals.

1) Structure a successful Lonnie deal investment within three months.

2) Wholesale my first property with a minimum of $5,000 assignment fee within four months.
