Basically, I help an exclusive group of people make more money with their money by not only giving them shared equity in my properties but also by giving them a great return on their investments. It's all based upon an economy of scale so the bigger the unit I purchase, the bigger the return on investment.

As a company we have bought and sold over 18 Million dollars worth of residential real estate. Now that we have that business running on it's own, our focus is exclusively in investing in apartment complexes.
