I am a Real Estate Investor/Builder from NJ. I mainly focus on flipping income producing property, but also flip and build single family homes, and commercial buildings and space as well. I also hold both general contractor and new home builders licenses, and have a construction company which performs all work. My office also manages my multi family portfolio of always cycling properties as well. We make our profits, gaining profits from both the sales of flipping, and our newly created high rental incomes.

I buy and sell roughly 15-20 properties per year, and have over 100+ all provable successful transactions, all profitable. I am currently looking to expand by taking on new investors and partners for profit sharing and also residual incomes as well. Most of our properties "After Repair Value" falls around 50LTV and generate from 20-30% annual returns.

I mainly focus on flipping income producing property, but I also flip and build single family homes, and some commercial buildings and retail pace as well. I hold both a general contractor and a new home builders license, and operate a construction company as well.

My office staff manages our multi family portfolio of always cycling properties as well. We make our profits from both the sales of flipping, and our newly created high rental incomes.


Real Estate Goals

My only real goal would be to expand. Our system seems to be fullproof in real estate, which has become very easy for me and my office to run. I would think expanding by taking on new investors and partners for profit sharing and also residual incomes as well. Most of our properties "After Repair Value" falls around 50LTV and generate from 20-25% annual from rental income, and additional profit sharing from the sales of properties. Most inventory doesn't last passed 16-18 months on the longer end, and average around 6-9months.
