I have been involved in real estate for approximately 4 years. My first property was a condo that was purchased to sell but I later decided to hold it for the rental income. After my 3rd property I began working with investors that had the capital but lacked the time and/or expertise to flip homes. I completed a few deals for investors where they decided to keep the home and I began providing property management services. I soon found that I had the ability to locate quality tenants very quickly and added that to the list of services that I provide. I then continued working with investors and was able to sell 3 homes within a short amount of time. One of the homes was able to sell without a realtor by advertising and locating the buyer on my own. I now invest and also provide property management for a small group of investors.

My short term goal is to purchase and hold enough properties to create a favorable monthly income. I would also like to continue expanding my property management company and tenant location services.

I am currently seeking cash investors to partner with buy/flip and buy/hold deals. I would also be interested in hard money loans. I have a 100% successful track record with all of my real estate investment deals and I am eager to continue to take advantage of the current market. Cash is king and I am looking for partnerships that allow everyone involved to win!
