Bought my first house 9 months ago in May 2009. Have attended local real estate seminars, networking get togethers, many friends and family who are supplementing me with investment information and strategies.

Real Estate Goals

Short Term - Continue to explore and learn as much as possible through networking and reading. Complete 1-2 deals in the next 12 months.
Long Term - To create an extensive real estate portfolio to produce cash flow. To have 5-10 properties providing me with monthly cash flow.
