I have recently gone through college (again) in marketing to finish my degree and get a good idea of what's coming next on the net. This was no picnic but well worth it. I also took the time to study International marketing on the side.

I have friends here in the Sacramento area but also in the Caribbean and a few over-the-net business associates in South Africa. I also have some experience in Asian business. It pays to do the study when dealing outside the U.S.

I have experience in remodeling homes but am just starting in real estate, but I dive in to anything I do and study all the pitfalls on the way through it, as well as the opportunities.
