4 months ago I read Rich Dad Poor Dad and since then I've been facinated with the real estate market. I've attended 2 RIch Dad seminars & a "Noveu Riche" (or something like that) seminar. Currently I'm working on a 4-plex deal and reading a huge text book on real estate investment :)
